Bruce Thomason

Broker / Auctioneer

Bruce has been a full-time auctioneer since 1971. He is a graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering. KAA president from 1991-1992. Bruce was also elected into the KAA Hall of Fame in 1996.He is a certified graduate at the Auctioneers Institute, a certified graduate estate specialist, and a graduate of the Personal Property Appraiser 201 (Antiques/Estate).

Bruce has been a Real Estate Broker Since 1975. He graduated at Elgin Real Estate School.

On the side, Bruce is a Vietnam Veteran. He was in the U.S. Army and a life member of the Vietnam Veterans of America. Member of the VFW Post 5710.



Jeremy D. Lee

Auctioneer / Real Estate Sales Associate

Jeremy has been auctioneer since 1999. He is a graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering.  He is a member of the KAA (Kentucky Auctioneer's Association).

Jeremy has been a licensed real estate sales associate since 2016. He is a graduate of Thorton's Real Estate School.

Jeremy has been a Deputy Circuit Court Clerk in Bullitt County for 21 years. He is currently supervisor of the Division of Driver License in Bullitt County.

Ruth Sohm (1933 - 2012)
Ruth Sohm was involved with the Thomason and Sohm Realty and Auction Company since 1975. She was a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1970. Ruth was a certified Real Property Appraiser since 1993. Ruth was a member of the Local, State, and National Boards of Realtors. A candidate member of the American Society of Appraiser and the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

A member of East Audubon Baptist Church, 54 year member of the Star of Hope chapter 183 of the Order of the Eastern Star and charter member of the Bullitt County Fair Board.

Sohm’s love of horses led to her interest in establishing the Bullitt County Fair. In 1978, she worked with then-county judge Arson Moore and county attorney J. Chester Porter to have a lease drawn up to allow the county fair board to have property at the interchange of Highway 245 and Interstate 65.

Selected as the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Citizen in 1983, prior to that, she was instrumental in the creation of the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce in the mid-1970s.
